Anne invests in start up businesses and sits on a number of boards with a particular emphasis on social enterprises.
A Scottish Chartered Accountant, her background is academia at Strathclyde Business School and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland before building an executive search business based in Edinburgh.
She moved to London in 2006 to run pwc’s Turnaround Panel, leaving to join Mattioli Woods plc, the wealth management business, as development director in 2014.
In the summer of 2017 she quit big corporate to invest in and lend support to social enterprises and has also taken on several appointments in a non executive capacity with financial services organisations.
She sits on the board of Persevere Developments, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Port of Leith Housing Association.
